Our insurance team offers extensive experience and expertise in motor vehicle law and Compulsory Third Party (CTP) matters. We act on behalf of a number of motor vehicle insurers and one of Queensland’s leading CTP insurers.

Partners, Tony Park and Brady Cockburn lead a team, comprising 20 team members, whose work is completely dedicated to the management of workers’ compensation claims and related advice. The team is closely involved with claims in the retail, tourism and mining industries, and has vast experience in transport, health, community safety and local council claims. The team has a special interest in pure psychological injury claims.
