Mortgage Processing Services

Our Mortgage Services Team is dedicated to providing outstanding service in high volume mortgage processing transactions. The team comprising 40 people specialising in the documentation, settlement and perfection of security arrangements for new mortgage loans, further advances, security substitutions, variations and discharges. In addition the team provides end-to-end recovery and enforcement solutions (including collections, lender/borrower workouts, receiverships, and mortgagee sales) customised to the requirements of each mortgage industry client.
Like our Credit and Financial Services Team, our Mortgage Services Team provides an all-States service. That is, we prepare documents, settle loans and stamp/register mortgages for all States and Territories of Australia. This provides you with a single point of contact and avoids confusion, expense and delay.
We act for a wide range of bank and non-bank lenders throughout Australia.
Our group includes two partners with between them more than 50 years combined specialist experience in banking and finance transactions.
Complementing the partners are a number of former bank employees from each of the Commonwealth Bank, Westpac, ANZ and National Australia Bank with significant and varied expertise gained from retail and business banking units and bank security departments.
Our loans processing staff work in small teams dedicated to client service delivery. These teams follow our strict communication and document production guidelines to ensure we maintain superior service standards.
