Clive Nichol began his career with Cooper Grace Ward 27 years ago and has recently returned to the firm’s property and commercial team.

Clive is renowned as a pragmatic lawyer. He has a deep understanding of the retail sector and, through industry experience, has built many long-term ‘trusted advisor’ relationships with clients.

Clive has a well-earned reputation as an expert in the field of shopping centre leasing and management. In addition, he is a very experienced capital transactions lawyer and has acted in the sale and purchase of some of Queensland’s major shopping centres and commercial buildings.

His general commercial advice has helped some of Queensland’s most successful small-to-medium sized enterprises through every stage of the business development cycle.
