HRD’s annual Employer of Choice awards, which rate Australian companies from the perspective of their employees, assess a wide range of key areas, from remuneration satisfaction through to leadership effectiveness, but essentially focus on team engagement.
Employer of Choice winners were from a range of industries from insurance to law services, HR providers, government bodies clubs and professional services.
